Tex-Mex Meatloaf

Tex-Mex Meatloaf

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
3 slices bread, torn into small pieces
1 egg
1 can (10 oz) Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Green
Chilies
1 small onion, chopped
2 t. chili powder
1/3 c. chili sauce

Preheat oven to 375F. Combine first six ingredients.
Spread into ungreased 8-1/2x4-1/2x2-1/2 pan. Bake 1
hour; drain excess drippings. Spread chili sauce over
cooked loaf; bake 15 minutes longer. Makes 8 servings.
For extra zest, top off your meat with more Rotel.

After I found this recipe and discovered chili sauce...
IT'S BETTER THAN KETCHUP! This makes yummy leftover
sandwiches too!
