Herbed Chicken And Orzo

Herbed Chicken and Orzo

8 oz dried orzo
1 14 oz can of green beans (drained)
2 lbs boneless chicken breast - cut breats in half
1 8 oz container of onion and chive cream cheese
3 oz of low fat cream cheese (softened)
½ cup milk
2 TBSP snipped fresh italian (flat leaf) parsely

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Cook orzo according to package directions. Cut chicken breasts in
half and set aside. In a large bowl wisk together both cream chese
and milk. Add orzo and green beans to mixture. Spoon into greased
baking pan. Top with chicken pieces. Sprinkle parsley on top.

Bake for 35 minutes until chicken juice is clear when pierced.
Serves 6.
