Ghirardelli Chocolate Chip Cookies

One of the things I change in all of my cookie recipes is to use Crisco Butter Flavored shortening instead of margarine or butter. This makes the cookies stay together instead of melting all over and into each other.

Also, this recipe is great with Hershey's Cinnamon chips. They are no longer made, but if you run across them grab a bag or two. You won't be sorry!!
