Cheesy Cod or Haddock

Cod or Haddock with cheese sauce & Spinach or Broccoli
Only make half the sauce for 4 pieces fish:

Melt 2 Tbl butter over low heat.
Stir in 2 Tbl flour, 1 tsp chicken boullion, dash nutmeg & cayenne till smooth.
Stir in 1 cup milk – bring to boil, cook 1 min.
Add 2/3 cup cheese till melts.
Set aside.

Place well drained canned or frozen spinach or small raw broccoli pieces in foil lined, ungreased pan. Sprinkle with 1 Tbl lemon juice.
Lay thawed fish on top.
Spread sauce over.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 20-25 minutes till fish flakes easily.
Sprinkle fish with paprika & bake 5-10 min. more.
