Sausage Stew

Sausage Stew

Brown the sausage (should be a spicy sausage like andouli). Cut in big pieces.
Add big chunks of:
Red potatoes with skin on
Green pepper (or red or yellow or orange)
Rutabaga
Onion
Celery
Apple
Pour chicken broth over all – canned or make from bouillon
Bake at 350 for 45 – 60 min till veggies are tender crisp or could make in crock pot.
